Founded by the architect Juan Carlos Menacho Durán, our studio was born from the conviction that architecture should not respond to passing trends, but rather express a timeless elegance, intimately connected with the needs of people and the spirit of each place.

Since its beginnings, the studio has worked on residential, commercial, and institutional projects, in addition to large-scale initiatives in design and international events, leaving its mark for its precision, innovation, and aesthetic sensitivity.

Juan Carlos Menacho

LEADERSHIP WITH A CREATIVE VISION

Born in Santa Cruz – Bolivia, Juan Carlos is an architect graduated with honors from the Universidad Privada de Santa Cruz (UPSA). He’s led initiatives that transcend architecture itself.

Among his milestones:

Founder of the international event “Expocasa” (2005–2015), a benchmark in architecture, design, and decoration.
Creator of Círculo Platino, an exclusive experience for luxury brands in spaces designed by the studio itself.
Founder of Galería Siete, a high-end design and furniture gallery.
Architect and developer of Montefuego – Wellness Villa, a retreat for disconnection in Samaipata.

His approach combines art, function, and business vision, establishing the studio as a benchmark of contemporary design in Bolivia and Latin America.
