BA Residence merges scale, materiality, and light into a striking architectural proposal. From the outside, its sober façade stands out with straight lines and an elegant combination of gray and black tones, where wooden slats, metal profiles, and clean surfaces project solidity. The main entrance leads to an open floor plan with 7-meter-high ceilings, redefining spatial experience and illuminating the interior with natural light.
The social space, the heart of the home, seamlessly connects the interior with the exterior, creating a warm and open atmosphere. The ground floor also includes a TV room, kitchen with pantry, garage, and the master suite, strategically isolated to preserve privacy. On the upper floor, three ensuite bedrooms are arranged with functional and aesthetic design. The interior design, featuring a sober palette and furniture by Jader Almeida, together with architectural lighting, adds warmth, elegance, and sophistication to every space.
