The Eliseum Residence reflects an essential, elevated, and timeless architectural vision. Situated on an elevated plot, it is distributed across three levels that harmoniously integrate with the landscape. It adopts an “inward-facing” concept where social areas such as the barbecue area, pool, and terrace are located at the entrance, preserving privacy through landscaping and the natural slopes of the terrain. The main entrance, with a height of 7 meters, is a striking architectural feature that allows generous natural light to enter.
The ground floor includes the kitchen, living room, dining room, and a suite adapted as an office. On the upper level, the master suite is accompanied by two additional suites, all organized around a TV lounge with cross views. The basement accommodates the service area and garage. The architecture is characterized by pure lines, sharp angles, and a white palette, creating a serene atmosphere where light, silence, and materiality come together in a sober and sophisticated language.
