Utopia House, completed in 2022, represents the realization of a contemporary architectural ideal: a balance between functionality, aesthetics, and emotional connection with the space. Built on a 1,720 m² plot, this 620 m² two-story residence embraces a sober, solid design with clean lines.
The house adopts an inward-facing concept, where social areas (such as the outdoor terrace with a barbecue, the office, and the main hallway) open toward the pool, prioritizing outdoor living without compromising privacy. The heart of the home is expressed in the double-height common area that integrates the living and dining rooms, bathed in natural light and visually connected to the landscape.
A neutral color palette, concrete eaves with ribbed texture, black profiles, and the presence of wood create a serene and timeless atmosphere. The interior design reinforces this sense of calm, with noble textures that dress each corner subtly and gracefully.
The ground floor organizes social and service areas, while the upper floor houses the master suite and three additional suites, all oriented to maximize views and comfort. Utopia is a refuge that synthesizes beauty and function, where architecture becomes almost invisible in its harmony with the surroundings.
