Inspired by a summer in Ibiza, Villa Fortuna was born from architect Juan Carlos Menacho’s desire to capture the feeling of freedom, light, and Mediterranean nature in Santa Cruz. Located in one of the city’s most established neighborhoods, the residence combines contemporary design with a natural setting dominated by mature trees.
The project prioritizes harmony between architecture and landscape, preserving existing trees and using a sober, white, and clean formal language that evokes coastal villas.
Spread across two floors, the house features spacious interiors, windows up to 7 meters tall, and a built area that occupies only 30% of the plot, giving priority to gardens and outdoor spaces. The ground floor includes a kitchen, main living room, lounge, outdoor dining area, barbecue, and a Balinese-style jacuzzi.
Upstairs, there are five suites, including a 72 m² master suite with a 12-meter walk-in closet and a luxurious bathroom fitted with fixtures from Roca (Spain) and Grohe (Germany). The wooden furniture was certified and designed by the Brazilian firm Volei.
Architecture is born from the dialogue between ideas and experiences. Allow us to listen to yours and create together a space that endures over time.
